About The Position
Join Childhelp as a Clinical Services Manager, where you will lead the administrative and operational efforts to support the social and emotional healing of children and families. You will oversee a team of 2–5 therapists, ensuring excellence in trauma-informed care and program efficacy.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or a related field.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC state license.
- 5+ years providing mental health services to children and adolescents.
- 2+ years in clinical services management and previous supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all therapy services, manage treatment plans, and ensure 100% compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Provide direct individual/family therapy and facilitate psychoeducational groups.
- Hire, mentor, and coach your clinical team.
- Set performance goals, conduct appraisals, and foster a culture aligned with Childhelp’s core values.
- Partner with law enforcement, child welfare, and health providers to monitor progress and improve care systems.
