About The Position

This position has been designated as safety sensitive and cannot be filled by a candidate who is a current user of medical marijuana. The Manager Clinical Operations will collaborate with the leadership team of assigned patient care areas to ensure the goals and objectives of patient care delivery are aligned with strategic business and financial objectives. This role is accountable for the daily operations of a multi-provider service and provides day-to-day oversight of clinical management activities and staff. The Manager will provide leadership, management, direction, training, and guidance for staff and day-to-day clinic/service operations. They will ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements. This role utilizes project management skills to establish and maintain project timelines and monitor progress, suggesting and recommending innovative alternative solutions for problems increasing patient safety and quality outcomes. The Manager hires, directs, coaches, and monitors the performance of all direct reports to develop and maintain a high-performance team that meets organizational and department goals. They manage performance by assessing competency and providing constructive feedback for annual performance evaluations. The role models professional growth and continuous development through participation in professional seminars, workshops, and affiliations, keeping abreast of the latest trends in their field of expertise. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 years minimum of relevant work experience
  • 1 year leadership experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • In lieu of a High School Diploma/GED, 7 years of experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
