About The Position

RSM’s National Healthcare Consulting practice is seeking an experienced Manager to support its Clinical Operations practice and delivery of complex healthcare transformation engagements. The Manager serves as a key clinical operations resource, working with practice leadership on client delivery, business development, proposal development, and execution across multiple engagements. The role calls for healthcare industry experience and the ability to work across clinical, operational, financial, and technology functions. The Manager independently leads workstreams, conducts operational assessments, develops recommendations, manages project teams, and represents the Clinical Operations practice with clients and internal stakeholders. The position works with healthcare executives and clinical, physician, nursing, and operational leaders, and supports both implementation of operational changes and ongoing performance monitoring. Travel may be required based on client and engagement needs. RSM says most roles follow a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an office and meeting in person when it supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building; some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site based on requirements and client needs. The compensation range is $112,100–$225,500. The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. RSM describes its benefits and compensation package as competitive and provides further benefits information through its careers website.
