About The Position
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager Clinical Data Transparency, Data Sharing, for its Clinical Data Standards and Transparency team. The position may be located in Maidenhead, United Kingdom; Breda, The Netherlands; Beerse, Belgium; or Spring House, Raritan, or Titusville in the United States. It is hybrid, with three days per week onsite. The Data Sharing Manager serves as a subject matter expert in clinical data sharing and independently manages and oversees the end-to-end process for internal and external data-sharing requests. The role ensures adherence to J&J privacy requirements and established procedures, supporting the organization’s commitment to Clinical Data Transparency. The position manages data-sharing requests from receipt through delivery; oversees vendors performing data anonymization and synthetization; serves as the primary J&J contact for YODA Project Requests; and supports external research teams using J&J clinical study data. The role requires coordinating approvals, prioritizing work, and ensuring that data use and deliverables meet policy, quality, and timeline requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or scientific fields, such as biostatistics or clinical programming.
- Strong understanding of data sharing, anonymization, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external data-sharing requests from initial receipt through final delivery, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and procedures.
- Oversee vendors responsible for data anonymization and synthetization, from work assignment through acceptance of deliverables; prioritize tasks to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Act as the primary J&J contact for YODA Project Requests, securing required clinical team approvals and ensuring alignment with J&J policies and commitments.
- Provide guidance and support to external research teams using J&J clinical study data, facilitating effective and compliant data use.
