This Clinic Operations Manager role provides operational leadership for two ambulatory clinic locations: ProHealth Medical Group Clinic - Spring City Drive – a growing clinic with urgent care, currently supporting three providers with planned growth. ProHealth Medical Group Clinic - Brookfield – a larger, high-volume clinic and urgent care, with six providers and a collaborative physician leadership team. This leader will oversee day-to-day clinic operations while partnering with providers, team leads, and staff to ensure an exceptional patient and employee experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare leadership experience within clinic or medical group operations
