About The Position

ProHealth Medical Group (PHMG) is a growing network of 15 clinic and urgent care locations serving communities throughout Waukesha County. PHMG teams provide exceptional primary and specialty care across various medical fields. This Clinic Operations Manager role provides operational leadership for two ambulatory clinic locations: ProHealth Medical Group Clinic - Spring City Drive and ProHealth Medical Group Clinic - Brookfield. The manager will oversee day-to-day clinic operations while partnering with providers, team leads, and staff to ensure an exceptional patient and employee experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare leadership experience within clinic or medical group operations
