About The Position

The Manager Clinic Operations provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective, quality operations across multiple clinics. The role ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience, leads staff in delivering timely patient care that is sensitive to patients’ physical, psychological, and spiritual needs, and ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures. The position also participates in PCN-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or a healthcare-related field, or six years of healthcare or job-related experience.
• Four years of leadership experience, which may be met through direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of management and patient care systems across multiple clinics.
• Ensure cost-effective and quality clinic operations.
• Integrate care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
• Lead staff to ensure patient care services are delivered in a timely manner and are sensitive to patients’ physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in PCN-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.
