Delivery of high-quality/high-impact Brand insights and analytics solutions. This role is responsible for the delivery of strategic brand insights & analytics projects, which include brand performance measurement and other strategic projects such as, market structures, consumer & demand segmentations, consumer journey mapping, brand stretch/extension, portfolio strategy, brand architecture, foundational brand assessment, brand positioning/refresh, etc. The role involves ownership of specific phases or discrete work processes on projects and execution of work products including questionnaires and reporting on medium-low complexity accounts, while supporting higher complexity projects. The Manager will actively participate in client design and questionnaire discussions, provide input into the development of questionnaires, sample design, and analytic plans, and offer support and guidance for junior project team members. The role also includes conducting data analysis, insights generation, critical and analytical thinking, and taking an active role in story building. The Manager will manage timelines and quality of work products, working with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes, identify and solve project issues, and perform in-depth quality checks. There are opportunities to support proposal development and build understanding of Brand capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods. The role encourages embracing the company culture and participating in activities outside of project work. Good critical thinking skills, ability to follow an analytic plan, and comfort sharing ideas are essential.
