Delivery of high-quality/high-impact Brand insights and analytics solutions. This role involves the delivery of strategic brand insights & analytics projects, which include brand performance measurement and other strategic projects such as, market structures, consumer & demand segmentations, consumer journey mapping, brand stretch/extension, portfolio strategy, brand architecture, foundational brand assessment, brand positioning/refresh, etc. The Manager is responsible for ownership of specific phases or discrete work processes on projects, and for execution of work products including questionnaires and reporting on medium-low complexity accounts, while supporting higher complexity projects. They actively participate in client design and questionnaire discussions, provide input into the development of questionnaires, sample design, and analytic plans, and provide support and guidance for junior project team members. The role also involves conducting data analysis, insights generation, critical and analytical thinking, and taking an active role in story building. The Manager manages timelines and quality of work products, performs in-depth quality checks, and seeks opportunities to support proposal development. They are expected to optimize delivery efficiency, challenge the status quo, and build understanding of Kantar's Brand capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods. Embracing Kantar's culture and actively participating in activities outside of project work is also expected.
