The Manager, Client Operations is known as a Project Manager at Modifly. This is a client-facing operator who thrives at the intersection of relationship management and project execution. This role combines the communication and partnership responsibilities of Client Service with the organization, coordination, and delivery rigor of Project Management. Supporting a large, shared, integrated account, this individual will help manage fast-moving work-streams across paid media, creative, social, and influencer initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume agency environment. They are equally comfortable communicating with clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and approvals, and keeping projects moving forward behind the scenes. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, adaptability, and the ability to navigate both client expectations and internal execution needs.
