About The Position

Outerspace is a new type of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider founded by seasoned entrepreneurial leaders with experience from major brands. We utilize advanced technology to offer high-touch service for high-growth brands, covering warehousing, fulfillment, customization, light manufacturing, and product photography. We are seeking Client Operations Managers to join our growing Client Services department. This role acts as an extension of our brand clients, ensuring internal operations align with brand values and provide an excellent customer experience. Client Operations Managers are key relationship managers, deeply knowledgeable about brand products, and willing to engage in hands-on warehouse work when necessary. The ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years professional experience in client/customer services, preferably in fulfillment, retail, e-commerce, and or supply chain.
  • Must have experience with business tools such as CRMs, WMS, Google Suite, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, ideally with a focus in logistics, supply chain or fulfillment
  • People management experience desired but not required

Responsibilities

  • Nurtures client relationships through regular communication with clients in person, via email, and virtual meetings.
  • Be the expert on Outerspace business operations as well as their brands’ business in order to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leads meetings with clients and cross functional teams, successfully executing the basis of the meetings and action items.
  • Promotes brand growth; identifies opportunities for brand relationships to expand and evolve.
  • Proactively identify solutions and process improvements, including anticipating and addresses complexities of clients’ unique fulfillment workflows.
  • Acts as a Super User managing client business through data analysis & analytics, using business tools such as Google Suite, Slack, CRM, & our WMS.
  • Tracks key performance indicators for client success, including: Interpret & understand KPI’s and SLA’s, client contracts and client billing.
  • Acts as a role model for leadership, problem solving & engagement.
