Rivel is currently seeking a talented, self-assured Manager of Client Development to join our Rivel Banking Research division in a fully remote or hybrid capacity, if local to Westport, CT. Rivel uses a data-driven approach to give banks and credit unions a deeper understanding of their customers’ and prospective customers’ key decision drivers. Rivel Banking Research conducts over 200,000 interviews annually to clarify business and banking consumers’ experiences and pain points among all local financial institutions, measuring over 90 perception metrics. With the capability to target that information down to the zip code, Rivel helps financial institutions increase their market share, create effective messaging, and focus on the right products to drive brand awareness and growth. As a full-service market research firm for financial institutions, Rivel Banking Research provides custom support for clients including focus groups, product development studies, and competitive benchmarking. The Manager of Client Development will lead the Rivel Banking Research sales team towards ambitious revenue goals. In this role, you will manage your own key accounts, own a sales territory, and manage a team of sales consultants (including advising on sales interactions for the entire team and aiding with sales opportunities). The Manager will be accountable for executing innovative sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth through this management role.
