About The Position

We are seeking a highly personable, relationship-driven Business Development & Client Relations Manager to grow multiple business lines by leveraging existing client relationships and expanding referral networks. This role focuses on building genuine relationships, creating high-touch client experiences, and naturally driving new business through trust, proximity, and influence. You will act as the face of the company —spending time with clients, attending events, and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services across accounting, collections, and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Regularly meet clients in person (offices, dinners, events, travel)
  • Entertain and engage clients through high-touch experiences (meals, outings, networking environments)
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services across multiple business lines
  • Generate new business through referrals and relationship expansion
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build pipeline and brand presence
  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Consistently track activity and revenue generated
