About The Position

The Client Development Coordinator provides critical administrative, operational, and client-development support to the Regional Vice Presidents and Direct Client Development team. This role is primarily a support position focused on coordination, follow-up, data management, and internal collaboration. The Client Development Coordinator plays an important role in supporting growth initiatives, enhancing internal efficiency, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective clients through strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • High School diploma with a Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Prior sales support experience a plus
  • Financial services industry a plus
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and demonstrating attention to detail
  • Enjoy collaborating and building positive relationships internally with co-workers and externally with prospects and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required; prior use of CRM system (Salesforce) a plus
  • Strong desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Regional Vice Presidents and the Direct Client Development team
  • Coordinate scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials, assist with case preparation, and organize follow-up items
  • Maintain accurate meeting notes and update CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Support client and prospect outreach activities, including email communications and follow-up requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of requests related to client development activities
  • Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrity across systems
  • Support hand-off processes between client development, onboarding, and service teams as needed
  • Other duties as needed
