Requirements

  • 4 year college degree required
  • Self - motivated and resourceful
  • Advanced Excel and Word
  • Basic Microsoft SQL knowledge
  • Advanced communication skills; verbal and written
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills; both internal and external customers
  • Basic knowledge of accounting requirements (general ledger posting functions)
  • Vendor management experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience managing internal business processes
  • Ability to comprehend interdepartmental dynamics, dependencies and impact

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the company sponsored enforcement program.
  • Work with field operations to ensure proper application of the enforcement policies, use of system and all related processes.
  • Work with all internal and external resources that support the Citations program, including equipment vendors and IT resources.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury departments as needed.
  • Administer user access for multiple systems
  • Work with field managers to train and demonstrate enforcement software and supporting systems
  • Troubleshoot numerous internal systems for issues reported by field managers
  • Recommend and direct software and program future enhancements
  • Work with internal and external IT departments to develop and enhance software systems
  • Work and respond to interdepartmental groups requests for information regarding the enforcement program
  • Respond to field inquiries in a timely manner to ensure program “up time” and usage
  • Create SQL queries to support troubleshooting and reporting
  • Manage, order, configure, and deliver an inventory of enforcement equipment
  • Manage and oversee various daily systematic and administrative processes
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to maintain relationships and resolve issues
  • Create and maintain program supporting documentation
  • Provide Monthly / Quarterly or Ad Hoc reports to Executive Management
  • Reconcile payment files
  • Oversee enforcement program audit processes
  • Keep abreast of enforcement industry trends
  • Reconcile monthly commission calculation and payment with collections partner
