Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
- Experience supporting change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into practical employee impacts and actions
- Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change effectiveness tracking
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- Prosci certification or equivalent change management methodology experience
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed environment
- Proven experience working across large-scale transformation programs
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainment outcomes
- Translating enterprise change strategy into actionable, people-focused plans aligned to program objectives
- Partnering with program teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders to guide teams through change and drive business readiness
- Assessing change impacts, risks, and organizational readiness, and executing mitigation strategies based on data and feedback
- Designing and delivering communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate employee impact and enable leader effectiveness
- Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
