Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, public accounting, finance transformation, accounting operations, or corporate finance.
• Experience with financial close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Experience with financial reporting, close automation, account reconciliation, or finance transformation technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Working knowledge of Trintech Cadency.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), financial and management reporting, financial close optimization, ERP-enabled process improvement, and FP&A enhancements across client engagements.
• Lead portions of client engagements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency.
• Support and lead engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and delivery.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members and supporting client relationship management.
