About The Position

Manages the day-to-day CCTV operations and all functions performed by the CCTV Technical staff. Oversees project management, vendor coordination, maintaining the health of the CCTV systems, and leading a team of CCTV technicians at each property. The manager will oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overall management of the closed-circuit surveillance and security systems in conjunction with the Surveillance leaders at each of the properties. Responsible for recordkeeping, compliance, developing and adhering to best practices in the oversight of the CCTV systems and CCTV Technical teams at each property. This position recommends prevention measures and ensures regulatory compliance with respect to the CCTV systems for each of the properties. Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating direct reports. Responsible for the planning, implementation, and coordination of approved policies and procedures with respect to CCTV security and surveillance systems. Ensures the staff is compliant with appropriate laws and regulatory requirements. Responsible for the training of CCTV Technicians at all three properties. Administers technical inspections with various departments and outside vendors and contractors. Ensures high level of service standards for the CCTV team as well as exceptional inter-departmental collaboration, communication, and support. Provides leadership in the department to create a work environment that promotes teamwork, efficiency and productivity, recognition and respect, employee satisfaction, high caliber staffing, training, and an exemplary role model standard for the department. Conducts staff meetings on a regular basis to review department projects, safety, and a high level of communication. Always Provides Family Style Service. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and advanced training in CCTV digital installation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Must possess a sincere dedication to provide an unsurpassed level of owner and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong problem solving and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
  • KEY license is required and MDF will be sent

Nice To Haves

  • NJ Electrical License or Burglar Alarm License preferred.
