About The Position

The Manager, Catalyst Markets Execution for Bobbi Brown is responsible for shaping and executing the trade marketing calendar for retailers, e-retailers, and freestanding stores. The role leads and optimizes trade marketing initiatives at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, supporting short- and long-term business objectives through business and shopper insights. It also involves identifying business potential, delivering brand activation and cooperative advertising, evaluating trade activations, monitoring monthly retail sales, and managing budgets.

Requirements

Relevant master's degree in marketing, business, or communication.
At least 3 years of trade marketing work experience in a business-to-consumer market.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Result-oriented, hands-on approach, outstanding communication skills, and high energy level.
Team player able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and strong personal interest in trade marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans based on business and shopper insights to support short- and long-term business objectives.
Develop and present trade marketing presentations at sales and retailer meetings.
Identify business potential and develop tactical actions based on it.
Develop and ensure best-in-class implementation of online and offline brand activation activities and cooperative advertising.
Evaluate trade activations and follow up on monthly retail sales.
Manage budgets.
