Manager - Cancer Services Ops
About The Position
The Cancer Services Manager is responsible for the management of the Peninsula Breast Center, the Richard A. Henson Cancer Institute clinics - in Salisbury and Ocean Pines, and supportive services to include social work and nurse navigation. The Cancer Services Manager is responsible for clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery, including patient satisfaction, for a broad range of patients as it relates to their age (development stage). Also responsible for management of human, fiscal, and other resources, development of personnel, and compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements
- Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse. Must hold a license in the state of permanent residency.
- Bachelor's Degree is required or in pursuit. Masters level preferred.
- OCN Certification within 3 years of hire/transfer to an oncology area
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Oncology clinical experience preferred
