Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms. We’re looking for a Buying Manager who can bring together data, relationships, and market insight to make smart media buying decisions. You’ll play a key role in delivering strong outcomes for clients—making sure we’re investing in the right channels, partners, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in media buying, planning, or a related role
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with vendors and partners
  • A data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable using insights to make decisions
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape (especially digital and programmatic)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–7+ years of experience in media buying, media planning, or agency environment
  • Experience working with media platforms (e.g., DSPs, Google, Meta, retail media networks)
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering strong campaign performance
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign data and turning it into actionable insights
  • Experience negotiating with media partners and managing vendor relationships

Responsibilities

  • Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across platforms (digital, programmatic, retail media, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners, vendors, and partners
  • Use data and performance insights to guide investment decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Work closely with strategy, planning, and client teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Negotiate rates, added value, and placements to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Stay on top of media trends, new platforms, and emerging opportunities
