About The Position

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the buying and e-commerce processes within the fashion retail industry. Interns will be involved in sample management, preparing documents for fittings, supporting buying and e-commerce operations, checking bulk submissions, and utilizing the SAP order system. The role also includes preparing data for business meetings and providing general support to the Buying team, including project management for sample sales.

Requirements

• Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels
• Highly motivated to learn and develop
• A creative eye & Demonstration of a commercial aptitude
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Currently enrolled in a study, which is ideally Fashion/Retail/product related
• Available for 5 months starting in September 2026
• Enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship
• Must be an EU citizen, on a Family/Partner visa, or a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and meet specific requirements (mandatory part of curriculum or university willing to sign a third-party agreement)

Responsibilities

• Sample management for all incoming samples
• Preparing all documents and samples for weekly fittings
• Managing buying/ecommerce processes with the ecommerce team
• Checking bulk submissions
• Handling different processes in the SAP order system
• Preparing data and product for business-critical meetings
• General support of the Buying team
• Sample sale project management
