To support this scaling, we need a function to maintain our systems, ensuring they are healthy, scalable, and genuinely useful. We are hiring a Manager to lead our HR and Internal tooling initiatives. This is a hands-on management role with significant technical depth. You will be responsible for the systems powering our HR and internal operations, primarily Workday, along with its integrations to payroll, benefits, identity, and finance. You will manage a team of business systems analysts, collaborate closely with HR leadership, and establish operational standards for the team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building in evolving environments, are enthusiastic about leveraging AI to transform team operations, and possess the skills to maintain complex systems while driving them forward.
