As we scale, the systems our teams run on need a function that can keep them healthy, scalable and genuinely useful to the people who depend on them every day. We're hiring a Manager to lead our People & Internal Systems team and help us do exactly that. This is a hands-on management role with real technical depth. You'll own the systems that power our HR and internal operations functions — Workday at the center, with integrations that touch payroll, benefits, identity and finance — and you'll lead our company-wide approach to Claude access and enablement. As the company grows, this team will be the natural home for other internal systems as needs arise. You'll manage a team of business systems analysts, partner closely with HR leadership and product engineering, and set the bar for how this team operates.
