About The Position

This position is responsible for the prioritization and progressive elaboration of stakeholder requirements in order to enable project teams to implement a solution that will meet the needs of the sponsoring organization and stakeholders. This position creates and maintains staffing plans to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables and provides day-to-day guidance to staff members while acting as liaison to senior management and business stakeholders. This position interfaces with T-Mobile Directors, Vice Presidents, and functional disciplines. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • System Deployment (Required)
  • Product Development (Required)
  • Business Systems Analysis (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience. (Preferred)
  • Experience in telecommunications industry. (Preferred)
