This team plays a key role in shaping innovative approaches that support Walmart’s commitment to delivering value and exceptional service to its members. Strong skills in business strategies, communication, strategic decision making, data analysis, and business planning are essential for success. What you'll do: Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of key business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance engagement and retention performance. Analyze data and customer insights to identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement in early tenure. Manage initiatives by implementing test and learns and analyzing results with analytics and other partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate strategic direction, monitor key performance metrics, and adjust plans to meet business objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
