About The Position

The Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Architecture owns the systems and data used by Jushi leadership to understand business performance. The role brings together financial systems, the enterprise data warehouse, and business insights. It designs and manages data warehouse and database structures, connects and reconciles financial and operational systems, and builds dashboards and analyses that support leadership decisions. The position combines hands-on technical work—including SQL, Python, and pipeline development—with partnership across Finance, Operations, and executive leadership. The successful candidate will help establish a consistent, trusted view of business performance by modeling data from systems such as the general ledger, point-of-sale, and inventory platforms. The role also sets data and BI priorities, leads and develops analysts and developers, and promotes accurate, secure, well-documented, data-informed decision-making across the organization. Duties may change based on business needs and may include special projects, system implementations, financial reporting initiatives, and other data or analytics activities.
