This role supports service line growth through targeted outreach, community engagement, and promotion of hospital services, while collaborating closely with leadership, marketing, physicians, and operational teams to identify and execute growth opportunities. The position also coordinates community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives, monitors referral and outreach performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides regular reporting to support long-term organizational growth and community presence.
