About The Position

This role is responsible for strengthening Ansell’s brand presence and sentiment by positioning AXIS (Customer Experience & Innovation Center) as a core storytelling and amplification platform. The role leads on-site content strategy and execution for AXIS experiences, capturing customer insights and translating them into scalable brand assets and regional commercial recommendations. Owning the end-to-end AXIS content capture and amplification strategy, this position extends impact across internal and external channels while ensuring brand consistency. It also leads regional brand sentiment measurement as a defined KPI, using insights to guide content priorities and build trust in the market. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, high autonomy, and close alignment with on-site and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent in experience.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading content initiatives across multiple channels within a B2B or corporate environment.
  • Experience partnering with external agencies to deliver integrated content programs.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights and real-world engagements into scalable and compelling brand narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience within a matrixed organization
  • Experience leveraging analytics, listening tools, or performance metrics to drive strategic decisions
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with social listening platforms and content performance analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and sentiment insights.
  • Knowledge of Social Media content development, deployment, and measurement
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to brand consistency and credibility
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and follow-through, while building effective partnerships across on-site and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of on-site content development at AXIS, delivering high-impact brand assets aligned with Ansell’s positioning and differentiation.
  • Own end-to-end AXIS content capture and storytelling, translating customer engagements into scalable assets such as narratives, testimonials, proof points, and multimedia content.
  • Establish repeatable processes to ensure timely, consistent content capture, production, and activation.
  • Engage directly with customers during site visits and testimonial capture, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and execute integrated content amplification strategies to extend AXIS impact across internal and external channels, optimizing based on performance and engagement.
  • Activate customer advocacy and proof-driven storytelling opportunities from AXIS and key events to reinforce Ansell’s credibility and expertise.
  • Enable End-User and Channel teams with approved, ready-to-use content aligned to their plans.
  • Lead regional brand sentiment tracking, reporting, and analysis using listening and analytics tools.
  • Establish brand sentiment as a measurable KPI tied to AXIS and amplification initiatives and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Ensure all AXIS and amplification efforts reflect Ansell’s master brand positioning, voice, and standards.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic updates to leadership.
  • Support ad-hoc projects aligned with this role or the Senior Communications Manager as needed.
