This role is responsible for strengthening Ansell’s brand presence and sentiment by positioning AXIS (Customer Experience & Innovation Center) as a core storytelling and amplification platform. The role leads on-site content strategy and execution for AXIS experiences, capturing customer insights and translating them into scalable brand assets and regional commercial recommendations. Owning the end-to-end AXIS content capture and amplification strategy, this position extends impact across internal and external channels while ensuring brand consistency. It also leads regional brand sentiment measurement as a defined KPI, using insights to guide content priorities and build trust in the market. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, high autonomy, and close alignment with on-site and regional stakeholders.
