The Manager, Brand Content Marketing helps plan, produce, and publish high-quality, mission-aligned content across the Tory Burch Foundation’s digital channels, with a strong focus on video, social media, email marketing, audience growth, and impactful, energizing content for entrepreneurs. This role is comfortable moving between creative production and performance insight: using audience data, channel results, and engagement trends to understand what is resonating, shape stronger stories, and help the Foundation create content that earns attention, builds trust, and reinforces its credibility as an essential resource for women business owners. The Manager, Brand Content Marketing keeps the editorial calendar moving across email, social, web, webinars, and live events — making sure content aligns with Foundation strategy, growth priorities, program launches, seasonal moments, and audience needs. This role is highly hands-on, with a focus on producing timely, useful, and energizing content for entrepreneurs. That may include shaping a social series around founder growth, developing short-form video from a live conversation, drafting a newsletter, editing a founder story, building event promotion, or tightening copy before it goes live. Across every format, this person brings a strong editorial lens and a clear understanding of what makes content feel valuable, credible, and true to the Tory Burch Foundation brand. The Manager, Brand Content Marketing also supports the development of our small business webinars and virtual programming, helping identify timely topics, align speakers, shape outlines, review presentation content, and turn live sessions into follow-up content, social storytelling, and email engagement. The role works closely with Marketing, Experience, external partners, subject-matter experts, and entrepreneurs in our community to source ideas, shape stories, and deliver content with both strategic purpose and community value. This person helps maintain the Foundation’s voice across registration pages, newsletters, founder stories, social captions, event copy, campaign messaging, and video content. They also use audience data and performance to understand what is resonating, improve content, and bring forward recommendations that help the team work smarter.
