About The Position

Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, BizOps & Growth (New Products) to own the development of new business lines beyond car ownership, such as home, motorcycle, and RV management. This role is hands-on, involving market scoping, research, product building, go-to-market strategy, experimentation, and team building. The position is divided into two phases: the first few months will be spent onboarding and learning existing product development processes, followed by taking a new vertical from concept to a revenue-generating product.

Requirements

3+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup, or equivalent.
Track record of independently owning ambiguous problems and delivering outcomes.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable running data analysis in SQL, Excel, or Python.
Experience juggling multiple complex work streams without letting anything drop.
Comfort and ability to interface with executive stakeholders on a daily basis.
Entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

Learn existing product development processes, including customer research, product specification, collaboration with engineers and designers, prototyping with tools like Figma and Codex, experiment design and execution, and iterative product decision-making.
Take a new target vertical (e.g., commercial auto insurance, property tax, RV insurance) from concept to a revenue-generating product.
Manage the incubation of new business lines.
Build and ship new products.
Test and iterate on new products.
Hire and lead a team to scale new business lines.
