About The Position

As a Manager – BCG Vantage on our topic activation path within BCG's Health Care Services Sector (a part of BCG's Health Care Practice Area), you will work in a growing team, primarily focused on providing expertise and insights related to digital health topics. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. Additionally, as a Manager – BCG Vantage you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the US Digital Health topic, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the Health Care Services sector, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As a Manager – BCG Vantage, you may line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support. BCG’s Health Care Practice Area (HCPA) helps companies grasp the strategic implications of changes in the market environment and exploit them to build competitive advantage. Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting experience on relevant digital health topics
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. Health Care system
  • Experience related to health insurance and/or provider organizations; specifically, in AI Strategy, Health IT infrastructure, EHRs, Digital Health Platforms, and policy/regulation for emerging technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Fluency in English
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

  • Providing expertise and insights related to digital health topics.
  • Working with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory.
  • Serving as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
  • Driving development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the US Digital Health topic.
  • Serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the Health Care Services sector.
  • Working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts.
  • Line managing a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.
  • Solving complex client problems through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions related to digital health within the US Health Insurance and Provider Organization contexts.
  • Driving development and maintenance of knowledge assets e.g., tools, digital health materials, based on different client contexts.
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to engage your audience effectively.
  • Managing a portfolio of projects, with a strong awareness of business priorities and commercial impact.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Working in an ever-changing and complex environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, and navigating a fast-paced environment.
