We are seeking an individual to join our Awards Marketing Team as a Creative Content Manager, specializing in producing best in class creative content on high-profile awards film and series titles, such as the Oscar-winning Frankenstein and the Emmy-winning Adolescence. The ideal candidate is a passionate creative producer, thrives in a fast paced environment, is highly collaborative, and exceptionally organized. The role requires a high level of creativity, an inquisitive and innovative personality, and a strong project management background. This ideal candidate will be a seasoned video and photo shoot producer, with a background in awards campaigns. We value candidates who are action-oriented, curious, hands-on and enthusiastic about contributing wherever needed. Candidates should have a strong project management background and excel at strategically planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously. They are highly organized, creative, and communicate succinctly. As a collaborative team player, they thrive in fast-paced environments and work effectively across multiple teams. Self-motivated and possessing high integrity, this candidate uses sound judgment to make wise decisions, thinks strategically, and inspires colleagues to do the same. This role will work cross-functionally with the Netflix awards publicity, marketing, product, and social teams, as well as talent reps, and external creative partners and producers throughout the lifecycle of a campaign.
