About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on creative leader to define and drive our creative vision from concept through execution. In this role, you’ll oversee our internal creative agency, providing clear direction across content and design while ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality, on-time delivery of fully integrated campaign assets. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in creative strategy and process, mentor and develop team talent, and identify capability gaps that can be supported through freelance or agency partnerships. This position plays a critical role in supporting and shaping the direction of Piedmont Healthcare's content and creative output. In close partnership with internal teams and cross‑functional stakeholders, this position ensures all creative content—including brand, service line, entity, digital, social, mass media, and CRM assets—is strategically aligned, insight‑driven, high-quality, and delivered with excellence. This role provides leadership for the internal creative team, oversees workflow and resource allocation, maintains quality control of all creative deliverables, and manages relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with brand, strategy, and organizational priorities. This position is also responsible for measuring, tracking, and reporting content and creative performance where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Arts, Design, Marketing or related field Required
  • 5 years of experience with content, creative and/or strategy in agency or client side Required
  • Experience working in consumer products goods, insurance, financial, travel, hospitality and/or, advertising agencies Required
