We are building a small in-house creative team, and this role is for people whose strength is genuinely both sides of that work. We are hiring for craft first and we are open on level: if you bring the depth to steward Path’s brand and set creative direction across marketing, there is room to take that on, but the person we hire will still be the one making the work.

Requirements

• 5+ years producing photo and video content in a marketing, agency, or in-house creative role — or equivalent demonstrated ability. We weigh the portfolio more heavily than the year count.
• A track record of owning creative end to end concept through final delivery — without a senior creative above you.
• Strong command of the Adobe suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Comfort working independently on a small team: you scope your own shoots, manage your own timelines, and ship without heavy oversight.
• Willingness to shoot in an active manufacturing environment and follow site safety requirements.
• Availability to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and field installations (roughly 10–20%).

Nice To Haves

• Experience shooting industrial, manufacturing, or technical subject matter is a plus.
• Motion graphics, 3D, or CAD visualization skills are a plus.
• Trade show or live event production experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with brand systems and working within established design standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video across Path’s core marketing initiatives — product, people, customers, and environment.
• Lead shoots at events, customer locations, and for company initiatives.
• Edit, color grade, and prepare final deliverables optimized for web, print, and social.
• Develop motion graphics and light VFX for video and digital content.
• Support design needs across campaigns, sales materials, and product launches.
• Create visual assets for digital, social, and print — banners, slide decks, web graphics, trade show graphics, and one-pagers.
• Concept and produce creative tied to upcoming campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Repurpose existing creative into multiple formats — short-form video, cutdowns, GIFs, and reels.
• Capture live content at trade shows, HQ events, and field installations, and deliver post-event highlight videos and curated photo sets ready for press, web, and social.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations on logistics, shot lists, and deliverable timelines.
• Keep all creative aligned with Path’s visual identity and brand standards, and maintain an organized, well-tagged media library in the company drive.
• Grow into brand stewardship and creative direction across marketing if you have the depth for it — this role scales with the person in it.
