Requirements
- BSEE with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of automotive market and products.
- Experience in semiconductors.
- Sales/Business development and/or marketing experience.
- Excellent communicator.
- Client engagement skills.
- Self-starter.
- Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
- Business development in the Automotive Market in the Americas.
- Maintain strong relationships with MCHP BU.
- Represent APG at Chandler Headquarter.
- Position and quote MCHP products in the Automotive Market.
- Help CEMs and FAEs promote MCHP automotive solutions at clients.
- Support Tradeshows, write articles, contribute to Automotive web page content, and hold speeches at public events.
- Identify market requirements and influence MCHP BUs product roadmaps to develop competitive automotive solutions.
- Act as the go-to person for selected BUs to drive and streamline APG / BU exchange (BU Champion).
