About The Position

We are looking for a Manager, Attendee Experience and Hospitality to design and deliver world-class experiences across our event portfolio: from intimate, high-profile gatherings to large-scale conferences with 10,000+ attendees. You will own the entire attendee journey, shaping how our clients feel at every touchpoint: before, during, and after each event. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of our ecosystem, collaborating across media, events, consulting, and technology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and executing high-end experiences (luxury hospitality, large-scale events, experiential marketing)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting events ranging from intimate VIP gatherings to large conferences (5,000+ attendees)
  • Strengths in creative vision (experience design) and execution (logistics, details, operations)
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating high-end, curated experiences
  • Experience with BEOs, rooming lists, seating charts, and hospitality logistics
  • Strong Excel skills (tracking, planning, attendee management)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
  • Ability to build presentations, mood boards, and experience concepts
  • Obsesses over guest experience and details
  • Strong design taste and aesthetic judgment
  • Anticipates needs before they arise
  • Operates with urgency, ownership, and high standards
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

  • Designing the end-to-end attendee journey, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium intentional experience
  • Develop and implement VIP and tiered hospitality strategies
  • Create memorable “wow moments” that elevate our brand and differentiate our events
  • Own all front-of-house experiences including: VIP dinners, networking receptions, hospitality lounges, Meet-and-greet experiences and curated interactions
  • Design and manage attendee gifting programs (VIP, speakers, attendees)
  • Oversee concierge-level communications before and during events
  • Lead food & beverage strategy, including BEO development and execution
  • Partner with venues and culinary teams to deliver elevated dining experiences
  • Design physical environments (layout, flow, ambiance, décor, seating)
  • Manage hospitality for VIPs, speakers, and high-profile guests
  • Oversee hotel rooming lists, accommodations, and backstage/green room environments
  • Ensure seamless, white-glove experiences for top-tier attendees
  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Sponsorship, Marketing, and Sales
  • Align the experience strategy with overall business and brand objectives
