The ideal candidate is well-versed in technical/engineering operations and Facilities best practices, possessing significant latitude for un-reviewed action or decision. The position may involve collaboration with a Senior Facility Manager in the development and administration of the Property Plan and Budget, subject to approval by the Regional Facilities Manager and Account Management team.
