About The Position

The Manager, AR Analytics & Transformation is a strategic, execution-focused leader responsible for driving analytics, process standardization, and transformation initiatives across the Accounts Receivable function. This role operates as a key partner to the Sr. Director of Credit & Collections, owning critical workstreams end-to-end and ensuring delivery against a multi-phase transformation roadmap. The position is accountable for building scalable reporting, generating portfolio insights, and implementing consistent processes that improve collections performance, cash flow, and operational alignment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with the ability to independently lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive results across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or AR
  • Experience with transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives
  • Proven ability to own and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable
  • Experience working with and influencing senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience operating in ambiguous environments and building frameworks from the ground up
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Credit & Collections to shape, prioritize, and execute key AR transformation initiatives
  • Serve as an extension of leadership in driving execution and accountability across AR initiatives
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable plans, owning delivery while maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders
  • Act as a thought partner in evolving the collections strategy and operating model
  • Drive measurable improvements in collections performance, cash flow, and AR efficiency through execution of initiatives
  • Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Own the design, development, and ongoing management of AR dashboards and reporting
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Establish and maintain standardized KPIs in partnership with stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement standardized AR processes
  • Develop and implement scalable frameworks for account segmentation, prioritization, and assignment
  • Identify gaps in current workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements
  • Reinforce consistent execution of collections strategies
  • Serve as a central partner across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Client Care
  • Build strong relationships to drive alignment and accountability
  • Translate business needs into reporting, process, and system solutions
  • Facilitate communication and ensure follow-through
  • Partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives and define success metrics
  • Lead day-to-day execution of projects while maintaining alignment with leadership
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and resolve them collaboratively
  • Make recommendations and inform decisions on prioritization, trade-offs, and approach across initiatives
  • Ensure sustainability through documentation and adoption
  • Partner with IT and data teams to enhance ERP and collections tools
  • Fully support implementation of system and reporting enhancements
  • Own and drive continuous improvement of systems to enhance visibility, efficiency, and scalability
