The role of manager is critical to the overall success and growth of Meriplex Communications. As a manager you are responsible for the oversight and the operational and strategic direction of your department and team. This includes onboarding, training, and developing team members, facilitating performance management processes, establishing performance expectations and evaluations, and establishing and overseeing department goals and strategies to support key performance indicators (KPI’s)/success indicators. The role also involves assessing, improving, and managing departmental processes/systems to promote effective delivery of service(s), managing the day-to-day operational needs of team members and their workflows, partnering with cross-functional departments, promoting collaboration and effective communication practices, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to team members, engaging in the facilitation of escalated needs, supporting problem resolution, adhering to and supporting HR administrative policies and procedures, and managing assigned fiscal duties and budgetary responsibilities for department and team in accordance with the Finance department.
