About The Position

The Manager of Application Development provides end-to-end leadership for the Alerts and Notifications and Product Development DevOps teams, ensuring reliable delivery and ongoing operation of secure, high-availability solutions. This role owns the software delivery lifecycle and operational readiness for these services, establishes team policies and performance objectives, partners with Product and business stakeholders to prioritize work, and ensures alignment with Product Development standards and organizational requirements, including HR compliance. The role also defines and reports delivery and reliability metrics to executive leadership, proactively escalating risks and tradeoffs. In addition, the manager develops and retains talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Experience in the Java technology space
  • Experience managing a DevOps teams (a plus)
