What You’ll Do: The incumbent is responsible for all security related issues and serves as a security resource for the ANSC manufacturing facilities. The individual will work with vendors, transporters and TPM's to ensure the security of our supply chain as relates to the full protection of Abbott Nutrition assets. Strong alignment and collaboration with Global Security to ensure corporate support of Division requirements. Manage the division Food Defense program related to the FDA Intentional Adulteration Rule requirements Conduct Security Vulnerability Assessments and ensure identified gaps are remedied within an appropriate time frame Recognizes and anticipates security incidents and issues and escalates or responds appropriately Activates and participates on the Threat Response Team Educating and training managers and employees on significant risks and subsequent preventive and mitigation measures Ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop a strong security culture Develop, track, and communicate key EHS metrics for ANPD commercial operations, ensuring routine visibility and alignment with leadership. Oversee fleet safety and fleet administration, including driver safety expectations, incident review, driver risk profiles & mitigations, overall regulatory program updates and T07 Fleet safety compliance. Serve as a member of the EHS US Commercial Liaison Team, driving alignment and consistency of EHS programs across divisions. Support ergonomics for commercial field personnel, including assessments related to office activities, vehicle use, transporting materials, and field-based work. Travel is required to effectively execute these responsibilities and may occur on short notice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8 + yrs experience Supply Chain EHS and Security experience
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership which facilitated the business units in achieving outstanding results.
  • Above average writing, communication, persuasion, and consensus building skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong Experience in crisis management or business resiliency programs in collaboration with EHS, IT and Manufacturing operations.
  • Abbott Nutrition - supply chain experience
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external clients at all levels.
