About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Agency Partnerships in United States. This role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that manages agency relationships, driving engagement, adoption, and long-term retention. The Manager, Agency Partnerships will coach and mentor Partner Managers while serving as a senior point of contact for key agency stakeholders. You will establish scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to empower agencies to succeed while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams. This position combines people leadership, strategic partnership management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The role offers the opportunity to shape agency engagement strategies, influence product and service adoption, and deliver measurable business impact across multiple channels. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or agency partnerships within AdTech, SaaS, CTV, or MarTech.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing or mentoring customer-facing teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, particularly CTV, programmatic, and digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to enable teams that drive measurable adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging internal teams and external agency executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce, analytics platforms, or customer health monitoring tools.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and solutions-oriented with a passion for developing people and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Partner Managers to drive ownership, accountability, and agency advocacy.
  • Develop and implement scalable onboarding, training, and enablement strategies for agency partners.
  • Partner with your team to deliver business reviews, training programs, and engagement initiatives that drive platform adoption and retention.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for agency issues and maintain strong, trusted relationships with agency stakeholders.
  • Represent agency perspectives internally to inform product, marketing, and enablement strategies.
  • Use reporting and analytics to monitor agency health, performance trends, and team effectiveness.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks and operational best practices that enhance agency satisfaction and efficiency.
