About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth Manager in United States. This role is a high-impact, hands-on position responsible for driving the agency’s growth strategy end-to-end—from lead generation to conversion. You will own experimentation, analytics, and optimization across multiple channels to scale pipeline and revenue sustainably. Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional team leads, you will ensure growth initiatives align with business priorities while leveraging data to improve efficiency and ROI. This role requires a self-sufficient, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will implement scalable processes, refine CRM and automation workflows, and act as the driving force behind the agency’s growth engine. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical rigor and enjoys working independently while collaborating with a small, high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within B2B or agency environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist) and paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign and funnel data to make actionable decisions.
  • Creative, outcome-oriented mindset with experience iterating on growth systems and processes.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the overall growth strategy, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experiment with, monitor, and scale growth channels such as paid media, outbound campaigns, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain lightweight CRM and automation workflows to support outreach, follow-up, and lead tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on targeting, list building, and campaign execution.
  • Analyze funnel performance and campaign data to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and ensure the agency remains at the forefront of growth tactics.
  • Act independently as a one-person growth function, ensuring accountability and execution without direct reports.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work with global flexibility.
  • Flexible schedule and paid time off.
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive, and family-oriented culture.
  • Professional growth in a data-driven, experimentation-focused environment.
  • Exposure to multiple B2B growth strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
