About The Position

As Manager, Ag Production Underwriting – Alliances, you’ll lead a national underwriting team that supports FCC’s Alliances portfolio across Canada. Your team enables complex, commercial lending that supports agricultural producers, agribusinesses and the strategic partners who serve them. This role is about developing people, strengthening credit quality and shaping how we underwrite Alliances lending – not just today, but into the future. You’ll build an environment grounded in trust, autonomy and collaboration, where underwriters are confident, capable and supported to do their best work. Working closely with Alliances sales teams and Credit Risk, you’ll act as a trusted connector – bringing clarity, perspective and leadership to complex files, evolving programs and continuous improvement efforts. If you’re energized by coaching others, thinking strategically, removing barriers and influencing how work gets done – while staying grounded in strong credit principles – this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful national impact.
