As a manager within the National Team – Personal Insurance Projects, your work will have a major impact on our corporate strategic initiatives in Personal Lines (PL) insurance. This is a key opportunity within the PL leadership team, with a focus on profitably maximizing the value of IFC’s largest portfolio. You will be relied upon to develop our outperformance roadmap by establishing key objectives and maintaining a healthy cost benefits analysis list. You will oversee the execution of major strategic projects, particularly for our telematics product MyDrive, ensuring the quality of deliverables affecting digital components, corporate underwriting, and pricing. You will oversee analyses and research aimed at achieving business objectives. You will analyze trends and recommend creative adjustments to pricing, products, underwriting practices, and procedures. You will demonstrate your ability to change course by showing adaptability and flexibility when things do not go as planned, finding ways to get back on track. You will lead and oversee activities through planning and work allocation, foster teamwork within the team and beyond, and guide team training and development. You will coordinate with regional, divisional, and corporate teams on growth and profitability opportunities, while maintaining a longer-term view of the portfolio. This position is a permanent, full-time hybrid opportunity, with an in-office presence 3 days per week.
