About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and standard accounting practices, including GAAP and IFRS frameworks.
  • Proven experience in financial statement analysis, account reconciliation, and billing operations.
  • Expertise in internal controls, auditing, and regulatory compliance within financial reporting environments.
  • Ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and apply business strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating complex financial information effectively.
  • Skilled in automation tools and data management to enhance accuracy and streamline workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area and 1 year's experience in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area.
  • 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area.
