The National Account Manager is a frontline hunter role built to generate net-new growth by identifying, pursuing, and winning new retail business across major U.S. Grocery and Specialty customers. This position is accountable for opening doors, building a high-conversion pipeline, taking share from competitors, and turning opportunities into profitable, scalable revenue. The role demands relentless prospecting, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to convert white-space opportunities into long-term customer wins. Success will be measured by pipeline volume, win rate, speed to close, and delivery against aggressive growth targets, while partnering cross-functionally to launch fast and execute at a high level. Experience in sustainable products is a plus.
