Responsibilities

  • Create executive-ready operational and strategic reporting that helps leaders make faster, data-driven decisions.
  • Build and refine reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis processes that turn complex data into clear business insights.
  • Use operational data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities to improve business results.
  • Connect budgetary, financial, and performance data to support planning, prioritization, and strategic adjustments.
  • Coach and mentor team members in analytical techniques, helping build a stronger data-driven culture.
  • Champion feedback on system performance and advocate for technology enhancements that improve business processes and the user experience.
  • Consolidate and connect data sources to strengthen the analytical foundation for key business decisions.
  • Translate management data into clear objectives, action plans, and operational performance improvements.
  • Streamline business processes and routines so the function operates with greater speed, consistency, and impact.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
