About The Position

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
• Assist new and existing customers with account setup and general inquiries
• Learn and communicate updates on products and services offered by our utility service partner
• Educate customers on available service options and address questions professionally
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
